About The Position

Perform all duties necessary, under the general direction of the Plant Manager to successfully lead the Human Resource efforts of Greenville Operations.

Requirements

  • BAC Degree
  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
  • Five or more years experience in the Human Resource/Safety field.
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Administers the Human Resource Process for the facility
  • Leads and directs Human Resources staff
  • Leads strategic initiatives as they relate to people
  • Leads staffing process from hourly through management
  • Leads on-boarding process for new employees
  • Leads Safety Process for facility
  • Maintains job descriptions
  • Participates in development of plant goals
  • Reports data as necessary to Plant Manger
  • Manages benefits administration
  • Maintains Employee Handbook and changes as necessary
  • Manages disciplinary processes
  • Councils employees on various issues as necessary
  • Administers compensation process as necessary
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management
