About The Position

Town Square Health is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to support and scale HR operations across multiple healthcare clinic locations. This is a hands-on role responsible for recruiting coordination, HR compliance, onboarding, employee support, and operational projects in a growing healthcare startup.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or Recruiting roles
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and the recruiting lifecycle
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Ability to travel to clinic locations as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or clinical environment experience preferred
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting with external Talent Acquisition partners
  • Manage onboarding, HRIS/ATS systems, and employee data accuracy
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Support healthcare regulatory requirements, including: Occupational health tracking (immunizations, TB testing) HIPAA and annual compliance training coordination
  • Maintain employee handbook and HR policies
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Conduct compensation market research for clinic roles
  • Assist with clinic launch logistics and internal operational projects
