The HR Manager will serve as both a tactical resource and strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational objectives. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources for assigned locations, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits. The HR Manager will also lead initiatives in employee engagement and culture transformation, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position will be based in Lynn, Indiana and will report to the Chief People Officer.
