About The Position
The Human Resources Manager of our Integrated Solutions (IS) platform serves as a key partner to operations leadership providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices while supporting a growing workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3-5+ years of HR experience
- Strong recruiting and generalist background
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or Construction experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Own full-cycle recruiting – Ohio and potential Arizona Division
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition
- Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies
- Onboarding & New Hire Integration - Lead onboarding processes
- Ensure effective integration of new hires
- Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups
- Employee Relations & HR Support - Serve as primary HR contact
- Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
- Ensure consistent application of policies
- Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Support audits and maintain documentation
- Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation
