About The Position

The Human Resources Manager of our Integrated Solutions (IS) platform serves as a key partner to operations leadership providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices while supporting a growing workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong recruiting and generalist background

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Own full-cycle recruiting – Ohio and potential Arizona Division
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies
  • Onboarding & New Hire Integration - Lead onboarding processes
  • Ensure effective integration of new hires
  • Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups
  • Employee Relations & HR Support - Serve as primary HR contact
  • Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of policies
  • Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Support audits and maintain documentation
  • Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation
