You’ll take the lead on SuccessFactors implementation, streamline hiring and onboarding processes, and use data‑driven insights to improve how we recruit and support talent. You’ll also serve as a trusted partner in labor relations—helping leaders navigate workplace issues, interpreting policies and union contracts, and representing the agency in negotiations and disciplinary matters. As a hands‑on supervisor you will set goals, manage performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
