The Human Resource Manager provides ongoing leadership and support in the areas of recruiting, performance management, training, job analysis, compensation, employee benefits, and compliance. This position is also the primary administrative contact with the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) vendor. The Human Resources Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer. To be successful in this role, the individual must have experience in human resources management of multiple business units in multiple physical locations within the Southeast Michigan multi-county area. Experience in a nonprofit environment is preferred.
