The role coordinates a wide range of administrative duties such as recruiting, hiring, payroll processing, performance reviews, new employee orientation, benefits administration, and employee counseling. The Human Resource Manager works closely with store management to ensure maximum employee satisfaction and retention, develops recruiting and retention programs, facilitates the hiring process, tracks employee time off, and handles various reports and communications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating store events and assisting in other areas of the store as needed.
