The Regional HR Manager is responsible for staffing, onboarding, employee development, compensation, and employee relations within a specific region. This role provides oversight and accountability for HR processes and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Provides day-to-day HR partnership to front-line supervisors and employees within a defined geography. Ensures compliance, consistency, and employee engagement by executing core HR processes and best practices and serving as the local face of HR. Works under the direction of the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and in collaboration with the Corporate Center of Excellence.
