About The Position

The Human Resources Manager of our Infrastructure Precast Solutions platform (IPS) serves as a key partner to operations leadership across multiple locations, providing hands-on HR generalist support with a primary focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and onboarding execution. This role ensures consistent HR practices across sites while supporting a growing, multi-state workforce. The position does not manage payroll or benefits administration but collaborates closely with those functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience
  • Strong recruiting and generalist background
  • Multi-state experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning - Own full-cycle recruiting across assigned locations
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role definition
  • Maintain recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Support employer branding and local recruiting strategies
  • Onboarding & New Hire Integration - Lead onboarding processes across all assigned locations
  • Ensure effective integration of new hires
  • Own the Stay Interview program of 30/60/90/180-day and one-year follow-ups
  • Employee Relations & HR Support - Serve as primary HR contact across locations
  • Provide guidance on performance, conduct, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of policies
  • Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with employment laws across all states
  • Support audits and maintain documentation
  • Partner with VP of HR on risk mitigation
