As our Augusta, GA district office continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our local management team. In this key role, you will lead core HR functions and help build a positive, compliant, and people-focused workplace culture that supports our mission and our officers in the field. As the HR Manager for our security district, you will be the central support for both office operations and local HR needs. You’ll help keep the district running smoothly while supporting key HR activities such as recruiting security officers, managing licensing and training records, and assisting with employee questions. You’ll work closely with district leadership and supervisors to support our guards in the field and staff in the office.
