Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ambition to win right! We don't sacrifice relationships or ethics
  • Confidence and efficiency in speaking over the phone with prospective customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers and various software, including Microsoft Office and industry-specific programs

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process onboarding for newly hired employees.
  • Assist with annual audits and special projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR function, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Assist with health insurance enrollments.
  • Collaborate closely with other HR coordinators and team members to address human resource needs
