West Air is seeking a self-directed, hands-on HR Generalist to serve as the primary HR resource for the company. This standalone role manages day-to-day HR support, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, benefits administration, HR operations, and accounting/payroll coordination. You’ll work closely with local leadership and coordinate with Empire Airlines to ensure alignment with broader HR strategy, compliance requirements, and best practices. This position is ideal for someone who can operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated aviation environment.
