Responsibilities

  • Act as support person for payroll administration in Dayforce systems. (i.e., editing, verifying, and adjusting schedules and punches, entering corrections to Dayforce information, etc.).
  • Maintain HRIS systems (Workday and Dayforce) as it relates to pay rate changes and employee contact information.
  • Track accurate enrollment of all insurance benefits for employees and their dependents including medical, prescription drugs, dental and vision, life insurance, and short-, long-term disability, beneficiaries, etc.
  • Process National Medical Support Orders of the custodial parent to satisfy legal requirements.
  • Assist employees in resolving issues with providers relating to coverage and eligibility.
  • Administer COBRA filing when employee/dependent loses medical coverage.
  • Process all Short-, Long-Term Disability, LOA and FMLA claims and maintain medical leave files.
  • Coordinate the training and development needs for the organization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training & career development programs for all levels of the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison with local schools and colleges.
  • Develop and present internal training programs as well coordinating outside training resources.
  • Manage the administration of all training documentation, including grants for training activities.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment from identifying a vacancy to onboarding the new hire, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding.
  • Manage the administration of all new hire paperwork and ensure paperwork is completed accurately, i.e., tax withholdings, I-9’s, etc.
  • Ensure that all Life Insurance applications are processed in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
