About The Position

The HR Business Partner will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters within their assigned business units. This role involves providing support across key areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave, payroll, and time and attendance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a human resources generalist or HR business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll/time and attendance systems preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR concerns within assigned business units, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, conducting interviews, facilitating new hire onboarding, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries, including healthcare, retirement plans, and leave of absence policies (FMLA, PFL, short-term disability, etc.).
  • Support payroll processes by assisting with time and attendance tracking and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Participate in HR special projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
