You will partner directly with leadership to align our people strategy with our aggressive growth goals. Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner or Generalist role within a retail or high-volume industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred).
  • Mindset: A "win-the-day" attitude with the ability to navigate a rapidly changing, multi-location environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now systems, Microsoft and Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making skills, ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, acting as a change agent and champion for the Fun Town RV culture.
  • Reporting & Process Building: Build and maintain custom reporting to ensure accurate organizational operations. Generate reports to track trends and assist in audits to maintain flawless records.
  • Policy & Compliance: Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Employee Relations/Performance Management: Serve as a strategic partner in resolving employee relations issues and conducting effective investigations. Support leadership with progressive discipline and professional development strategies. Drive key HR functions including performance management, annual appraisals, leave programs, and hourly talent acquisition.
  • Talent Oversight: Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure we are landing top-tier talent and maintaining the recruiting tracker for departmental efficiency.
