In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leadership, aligning people initiatives with business objectives across designated teams. Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management practices and federal and state employment laws.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within one year.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and business systems such as ADP, Salesforce, Excel, and ideally UKG.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders and managers, providing expert HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, conducting fair, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support, including coaching, counseling, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Partner with legal teams as needed to ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention through proactive relationship-building and HR programs.
  • Deliver HR policy guidance, interpretation, and consistent application across teams.
  • Support international employees with expatriate assignments and global HR processes.
  • Identify training needs and contribute to leadership development and executive coaching initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, systems, and employee experience.
