About The Position

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be the lead HR partner supporting our Salem, NH location as well as providing HR support and partnership to the Integrated Electronics Business Unit (IE BU) under the direction of the Sr. Director, Human Resources. The incumbent will partner closely with leadership at the Salem location and within the IE BU to assess, develop and implement human capital strategies that support the A&D Sector and TTM enterprise HR strategy. As a member of the Integrated Electronics HR team, the incumbent will work directly with peers to develop, collaborate, coordinate, and implement innovative Human Resource solutions. Key emphasis is on transformation initiatives in organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management. This position will be supported by Corporate HR to include centers of expertise in total rewards, HRIS, regional shared services, talent acquisition, learning and talent management. This is a full-time position in which the incumbent has the option to work a hybrid schedule with 2-3 days a week onsite in our Salem, NH location.

Requirements

  • Sound knowledge of U.S. employment laws and their implications in HR management.
  • Experience partnering and operating within the HR Operating model, to include HR Shared Services, HRBP and Center of Excellence (COE) roles
  • Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition or leading high volume recruitment efforts
  • An out-of-the-box thinking; ability to identify opportunities, propose and implement creative solutions.
  • A dynamic professional with strong business acumen
  • Well organized, able to handle details accurately
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with self-driven personality
  • High level of integrity and courage to challenge the status quo and to drive change

  • Education: 4yr degree in Human Resource management or equivalent
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years and a Master’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Professional certification by either the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) strongly preferred
  • experience in Aerospace & Defense preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in change management, organizational effectiveness, and talent management to the Salem location as well as provide support to our Integrated Electronics Business Unit.
  • Lead initiatives in talent, staffing, performance and other priority focus areas.
  • In partnership with talent acquisition, develop and drive internal and external recruitment to fulfil both Salem site and Program level talent needs.
  • Lead A&D sector level internship program; supporting engineering intern needs across multiple locations in collaboration with our TTM-wide intern program.
  • Lead IE-wide or sector-wide projects as they arise; manage tasks and responsibilities, setting priorities, identifying risks and leveraging support as required to ensure project milestones are met and tasks successfully executed.
  • As a cultural steward, lead the change initiatives that underpin the company culture through active communications, observations, and follow up.
  • Support the Site’s Talent Review which includes coaching site leadership to build organizational capability. Actively develop, evaluate and mobilize talent.
  • Coach Managers in the TTM Strategic Foundation which include values, pillars, Leadership Principles, as well as the key HR processes.
  • In concert with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), strengthen and standardize company HR policies, processes and activities to ensure compliance with legislative regulations, market best practices and TTM requirements.
  • Keep abreast of the labor market development including resources availability, and recommend effective means/programs to acquire, motivate and retain critical resources.
  • Enthusiastically take on additional responsibilities that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
