Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven, hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role in a dynamic setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated capacity for critical and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine "people-first" mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable and effective working onsite in a collaborative office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for candidates with exposure to or direct experience supporting mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary, strategic HR consultant to business leaders, providing end-to-end support across assigned functions and complex initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Drive high-impact HR projects from initial concept through successful execution, ensuring accountability, quality, and timely delivery of results.
  • Talent Development & Enablement: Collaborate closely with managers to design, implement, and support impactful onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
  • Guidance & Coaching: Provide expert coaching and guidance to leaders on complex employee relations issues, performance management processes, and the execution of people strategy.
  • Organizational Health: Support critical workforce planning, organizational design efforts, and talent initiatives that directly align with and support overarching business goals.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead all HR activities related to mergers and acquisitions, including seamless employee transitions, onboarding, policy alignment, and change management strategies.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure all HR practices strictly comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation and manage HR data effectively while prioritizing multiple, competing demands.
