Build and maintain workforce, hiring, compensation, and analytics to inform business decisions Analyze trends in attrition, performance, engagement, and hiring velocity Develop dashboards, models, and executive-level insights Support major people initiatives such as workforce planning, diversity strategy, compensation benchmarking, and organizational design Partner with Finance, Talent, and Business Leaders to connect people data to business performance Help design and improve Human Capital processes using data, technology, and continuous improvement methods Prepare executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership
