Provide services as a Human Capital Program Support Specialist III in support of the overall functions of NASA’s Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, TX. NASA is seeking an individual to provide onboarding coordination and administrative support services to enhance workforce integration, improve employee experience during the first year of employment, and support Human Resources (HR) program operations across multiple functional areas across NASA Centers with the primary focus at Johnson Space Center. The individual shall manage onboarding activities and support HR program operations. Services will focus on ensuring consistent onboarding experience, tracking employee integration milestones, and providing coordination support across HR functions to improve efficiency and service delivery. NASA requires contractor support in the form of a program coordination function to support onboarding activities and HR program operations across multiple Human Capital functional areas. This support is intended to enhance onboarding execution, improve coordination across HR services, and provide administrative and operational support to HR programs.
