Human Capital Analyst supports the organization with moderately complex business insight and analytics relative to people metrics, workforce planning, data audits, reporting, and predictive analytics. This position is expected to contribute to executing the future vision of the HR People Analytics delivery model. This includes modeling workforce data, understanding internal and external workforce trends, and forecasting future workforce demands to ensure Arkansas Children’s has a workforce that is well positioned to meet future business needs. This position requires direct interaction with senior executives and directors to help identify important workforce needs.
