The Opportunity Unacast is seeking a Hubspot Specialist to join our team Revenue Operations Team. This is a tactical and process-oriented role, supporting the day-to-day execution, configuration, and optimization of our GTM systems—primarily HubSpot CRM—across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll play a key role in helping our team scale efficiently and enable data-driven growth. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on with CRM automation and extremely detail-oriented.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, or CRM Admin role
  • Proven experience with administering and optimizing HubSpot CRM required. Certifications are a plus.
  • Experience building workflow automation and managing integrations with Hubspot
  • Experience managing Sales Enablement and GTM tools in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and a natural problem solver
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to build trust and support internal users in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Hubspot CRM Administration: Execute the day-to-day Hubspot maintenance, configuration, and implementation of Hubspot CRM to ensure data hygiene and system integrity; Keep up-to-date with new Hubspot features and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Manage Workflow Automation: Implement and maintain automation logic across HubSpot Workflows and the integrated GTM tech stack. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors.
  • Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain HubSpot custom reports and dashboards to provide cross-functional visibility into customer lifecycle and revenue KPIs
  • Manage Lead Routing Logic: maintain and update inbound lead routing logic, meeting booking workflows, and lead nurture automation.
  • GTM Tech Stack Support: Assist with the implementation, integration, and ongoing configuration of GTM and sales enablement tools.
  • Campaign Operations & List Management: Execute operational support for outbound motions and marketing campaigns, specifically by building, segmenting, and managing target contact and account lists; and building reports tracking key metrics and KPIs.
