The HubSpot Campaign Specialist is responsible for building multi-channel assets (emails, landing pages, and workflows), managing lead generation, segmenting audiences, analyzing performance data, and implementing automation to improve conversion rates. They develop and use their knowledge of the various aspects of marketing, sales, advertising, customer success, and business development to take the lead on optimizing HubSpot performance and alignment with each department’s strategic vision, objectives, goals, and requirements in order to translate them into recommendations and actions and increase their capacity to drive business. The HubSpot Campaign Specialist will set up and customize the platform to meet business needs, including managing workflows, user permissions, and integrations with other software. This position will share knowledge and best practice and train new or existing users. This position requires frequent face-to-face meetings and works with sales and marketing teams. This is an in-office position and is not eligible for teleworking. Salary: $53,174-$56,174
