About The Position

ISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of marketing technology, data, and process optimization. Owning system administration, automation, integrations, and data quality, you’ll be the go‑to expert for HubSpot. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that elevate our marketing and sales operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in IT; 1.5+ years in marketing automation (HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or Marketo)
  • 1+ year scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of HubSpot’s data and security model
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, XLOOKUP)
  • Ability to thrive in an Agile environment and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot System Administration & Support
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, landing pages, forms, and user permissions
  • Maintain integrations, especially Salesforce ↔ HubSpot
  • Oversee data quality, including cleaning, validation, and maintenance
  • Development & Automation
  • Design, build, test, and deploy HubSpot solutions
  • Create automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and performance dashboards
  • Support new features, enhancements, and third‑party tool integrations
  • Collaboration & Troubleshooting
  • Work with marketing, sales, and client services to improve processes
  • Diagnose platform issues and resolve them within defined SLAs
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans
  • Process & Quality
  • Follow configuration, change management, and release best practices
  • Support data imports/exports and enterprise system integrations
  • Participate in QA testing, deployments, and post‑launch support
