Webster's internship will be demanding & rewarding and prepare you for your career ahead. Summer Intern Program duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026. HSA Systems Operations Intern Assist with projects and operational tasks of low-to-medium level complexity across HSA Bank platforms. Responsibilities may include environment support, operating system and server patching, application configuration updates, certificate renewals, service account maintenance; and guided exposure to load balancers, internal system integrations, and network communications. Use monitoring, logging, and observability tools to help identify availability or performance issues. Participate in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution activities with mentorship from senior engineers. Learn and operate within regulatory, security, and change management frameworks relevant to the banking industry. Follow established procedures, participate in compliance‑related activities as assigned, and build foundational awareness of enterprise risk, security, and governance standards. Demonstrate curiosity and a strong interest in learning more about IT infrastructure and systems operations.
