About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to lead the maintenance, configuration, and implementation of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between HR business units and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications. The Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with Technology and Integration teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. This position will spearhead the HRIS conversion project and drive future HR technology initiatives across Payroll, Benefits, and Equity.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience as a Rippling Administrator.
  • Proven track record leading or contributing to at least one HRIS conversion project using Rippling.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll within Rippling.
  • Strong grasp of HR business practices and process optimization.
  • Experience writing clear business and technical requirements.
  • Ability to translate business needs into product deliverables across the full product lifecycle.
  • Basic project management experience with a solid understanding of SDLC.
  • Experience working in agile environments; familiarity with Jira is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (preferably Azure).
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments by engaging the right resources.
  • Experience with agile-scrum tools (Jira experience is a plus).
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HRIS product features and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure HR systems in alignment with business requirements.
  • Address system enhancements and bug fixes following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Partner with HR teams to gather and refine business requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement sessions to build a healthy product backlog and support release planning.
  • Advise stakeholders on feature capabilities and technical feasibility during intake.
  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system conversions and new technology rollouts.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
  • Monitor product performance and user data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform quality assurance post-configuration.
  • Ensure deliverables meet the definition of ready and align with business expectations.
  • Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
  • Drive decision-making and resolve conflicts to keep initiatives on track.
