About The Position

All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address. We are seeking a technical HRIS Support Specialist to manage and support our full HR systems stack. This role will work with the HRIS team in monitoring integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data integrity, monitor time clock devices, and other HRIS support functions. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a commitment to ensuring smooth HR operations. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Pay Range: $75,000 to $80,000

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in an HRIS support or similar role
  • Experience with Dayforce HCM or other HRIS platform
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MS Access is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolve system/user errors
  • Perform regular audits of system data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide HRIS users with ongoing guidance using recorded support trends to proactively improve team education
  • Oversee thorough record-keeping of user assistance requests
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of time clocks across all locations while proactively monitoring device status and resolving reported errors
  • Monitor inbound/outbound interfaces, review logs, and coordinate resolutions with HR coordinators, COE teams, and vendors
  • Assist with set-up and support for annual processes (performance reviews, compensation) and provide in-cycle user support
  • Extract, transform, and upload employee master data from the primary HRIS to supporting systems
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of centralized KPI dashboards and operational reporting systems
  • Run predefined reports across systems for survey participation, formatting data per requirements
  • Participate in system upgrade and enhancement projects providing design input and conducting testing
