Primary Accountability The HRIS Specialist is responsible for performing Human Resources-related duties inside the HCM environment at FHCN. Description of Primary Responsibilities Assist in implementing and configuring the HRIS, including data migration, system testing, and user training. Responsible for achieving department goals and metrics for functional areas assigned. Develops recommendations for updating workflows and policies. Serves as a subject matter expert in functional area assigned. Performs high level administrative functions to comply with regulations and department deadlines. Responsible for the accuracy of all records and the integrity of employee data in the HRIS database. Conducts audits and analysis of ad-hoc reports. Serves as a liaison in updating or resolving programming and related HRIS systems problems. Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS issues and providing technical support to HR end-users Collaborate with HR team members to ensure as they develop and document HRIS policies, procedures, and best practices they align with system configurations. Generate custom reports to support HR and management decision-making. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and HCM systems. When changes occur, provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HRIS functionality and processes. Additionally, provide feedback to functional leads on the training they develop for their team members. Assists various human resources response plans to comply with federal, state, and accrediting agencies with data contained in the HCM module. Performs other duties as assigned.
