Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities HRIS Strategy, Configuration & Optimization Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Redesign, configure, and optimize workflows, business processes, and system functionality to improve efficiency, usability, and compliance. Ensure HR system configurations align with HR programs, policies, job architecture, and data standards. Identify system issues, trouble shoot root causes, and coordinate resolutions with IT or external vendors. Identify and remediate gaps in system usage, configuration, and integration to reduce manual processes and workarounds. Document system processes, controls, and best practices. System Enhancements, Upgrades & Implementations Lead and support the implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules, including planning, testing, deployment, and adoption. Partner with IT, HR and vendors to ensure timely, effective system changes and integrations. Develop testing strategies and documentation to ensure system changes meet functional, technical, and user requirements. Support change management and user adoption through documentation, training, and communication. Data Integrity, Reporting & People Analytics Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and modules. Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support talent, compensation, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making. Improve reporting capabilities by leveraging system tools and reducing reliance on manual or external analytics solutions. Partner with HR leaders to translate data into actionable insights. Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance Act as a liaison between HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Establish and maintain HRIS governance, documentation, standards, and controls. Support regulatory and compliance requirements through accurate system configuration and data management. Talent & Workforce Enablement Support Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Succession Planning, and development planning by ensuring tools and system configurations effectively enable these processes.
