The HRIS Senior Advisor is a senior individual contributor in HR Operations/HR Technology responsible for setting HR technology through governance and enhancement prioritization. This role ensures solutions meet business and regulatory requirements in coordination with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance. Key responsibilities include maintaining platform stability, delivering system enhancements, mentoring team members, and driving process standardization and automation. The Senior Advisor also serves as the HCM functional owner and subject-matter expert across all HR functions.
