As an HRIS Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the formulation, design, implementation, and management of a holistic digital strategy for our Human Resources systems. The successful candidate will direct, support, and execute alignment between HR Systems and functional stakeholders, compliance regulations, and system governance needs. This role requires a good balance of technical, functional, and strategic competencies, and strength in project management and delivery. It’s pivotal that this person is a hands-on leader who is comfortable being responsible for the health, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of our HR systems. The role involves overseeing and maintaining optimal function of all HR systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules. It also requires acting as a partner with HR leadership to understand business needs and align HRIS functionality and priorities with key HR initiatives, and developing and executing HRIS roadmap and strategies to meet team and organizational goals.
