About The Position
1. - Troubleshooting and support of the following devices: iPhones & Androids – Assist employees installing PET app, as well as troubleshooting problems such as app not synching, crashing, or not able to clock in or out. Troubleshoot PET – Biometrics Timeclocks, Time Kiosk Tablets, and Tablets, including: Scan guns Tablet’s internal barcode readers Devices camera 2.- Support HRIS Specialists in the rollout of Biometrics Iris timeclocks for Nurseries Enroll 350 employees, capture eye iris image and create employee template 3.- Work together to build Excel reports for Orchards: Missing punches OT analysis Supervisor vs Regular hours comparison report 4.- Will require to work as early as 5:00 am and as late as 8:00 pm on occasions.
Requirements
- Type 25 wpm and 10 key typing
- MS word, excel outlook a must
- Bilingual Spanish
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
