HRIS Support Specialist, HRIS Business Support Department The HRIS Support Specialist will be a member of the HRIS Business Support team. The HRIS Support Specialist serves as a Tier I & 2 contact for Company team members providing in-depth support related to human capital policy and procedure. The Specialist will handle a variety of employee life cycle data management transactions and will have working knowledge of Payroll and Human Resources operations, and associated transactions. A successful HRIS Support Specialist will act as employee champion, advocate, and change agent. Heartland Dental is the nation's largest dental support organization, providing non-clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in 1,900+ dental offices. Each Heartland Dental supported office is unique to the community and the patients they serve.
