The HRIS Consultant will work collaboratively with the Human Resources Department to support the integrity and completeness of the HRIS database, provide data through various reporting methods, and act as a HRIS super user. The consultant will consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs, document processes, identify HR concerns and compile data analysis reports. Performs routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) group. Inputs data into a computer processing system and reviews output for accuracy. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH WORKDAY AND WORKDAY REPORTING.
