SRC, Inc. is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Human Resources Information Systems. This role has primary accountability for the performance of the enterprise’s HR systems and will interact with key stakeholders in Legal, Cybersecurity, IT, Compliance and Finance. In addition, this position supports data analysis by creating dashboards to answer critical business questions, analyze performance metrics and evaluate decision options.
