Summary Global HR Department is looking for engaged, reliable, and technical HRIS system analyst to maintain and assist in developing various components of the HR systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in a medium to large organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance/Accounting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ready to become an evangelist and provide super quality service to every customer of our Global HR Department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support to all system users both remotely and face-to-face
  • Monitor data accuracy by running and analyzing miscellaneous reports and data exports and helping users input complete and accurate information
  • Learn new components being implemented and create corresponding training materials and process documentation; keep existing documentation current
  • Provide training for the new components
  • Run, export, analyze, and create HRIS reports
  • Be an evangelist and strive to continuously find ways to take HRIS to the next level and provide superior quality service to each and every customer of the HR Department.
