We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to support the daily operations and maintenance of the HRIS and related HR technology systems. This role assists RIS Analyst partners with HR, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent, Finance, and IT to ensure UKG solutions are optimized to support business goals and HR operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 1-3 years of HRIS, HR Operations, or HR data/reporting experience preferred.
  • UKG platform experience is strongly preferred
  • A commitment to data privacy, security, and maintaining system integrity.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and follow structured procedures.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Project coordination experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for HRIS, researching and resolving system issues or data discrepancies.
  • Assist with routine system configuration tasks and troubleshoot end user questions.
  • Escalate complex issues to Sr. HRIS team members or system vendors as needed.
  • Run regular audits and queries to validate data accuracy.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining standard HR reports using available reporting tools.
  • Support HR partners with basic data pulls and scheduled reporting needs.
  • Assist with system upgrades, integrations, testing, deployment projects, enhancements, or fixes.
  • Document test results and help prepare basic process documentation.
  • Assist in developing user guide, job aids, document processes, system configurations and standard operating procedures for current and future use.
  • Help train new users in basic system navigation or updated functionality.
  • Work with external vendors, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent, IT, and other teams support HRIS-related processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendor and act as a bridge between technology and people.
