Position Summary: The HRIS Analyst role sits at the intersection of data, people, and business strategy, owning key HR metrics that translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This position requires a good understanding of the Workday platform, including hands-on experience with its configuration, modules, and security features. This analyst supports the maintenance, optimization, and data integrity of multiple modules. They will collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement solutions that meet business needs, enhance user experience, troubleshoot moderate to complex issues, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but may be substituted for related experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on HRIS configuration experience
  • 4+ years HRIS Analyst experience
  • Workday experience preferred; preferably in one or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and/or Absence

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical subject matter expertise and system administration support across multiple HCM functional areas. (e.g. Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
  • Acting as a reporting lead, collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful analytics that ‘tell the story’.
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve timely resolution within established SLA, including conducting domain and security group analysis for reporting concerns.
  • Support system enhancements and feature releases, prioritizing optimization and automation to improve efficiency and the user experience.
  • Own the design, build, and maintenance of custom reports, dashboards, and Hubs across the HCM suite.
  • Ensure all reports comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other duties as required.
