Job Description Summary: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system, focusing on key Human Resources areas such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and security. This role will also involve ensuring seamless integration across internal and external systems, managing EIBs and reporting functionality, and leading projects to improve the effectiveness of Workday in supporting business needs. The ideal candidate must demonstrate critical thinking and independence as this role requires proactive management and technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of Human Resources and payroll processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks that enhance the user experience.
