The HRIS Analyst is an expert in the development, optimization, and maintenance of the People Strategies and Solutions (PSS)/Human Resources (HR) systems supported by the People Technology team at UWCU. The analyst translates business objectives into technical system requirements to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience with the UWCU and PSS/HR systems. The analyst is responsible for identifying, implementing, and prioritizing PSS/HR system upgrades, new system solutions, data flows, and integrations in collaboration with subject matter experts within the PSS team, IT, and operational stakeholders to meet business needs.
