About The Position

The HRIS Analyst III – HR Data & Reporting is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and maintaining HR data reporting and analytics solutions. This role is deeply focused on HR data extraction, modeling, and visualization, enabling HR partners and business leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions. The role partners closely with HR and IT teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and trusted HR reporting.

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of experience in HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR Reporting roles
  • Advanced SQL proficiency and strong understanding of relational data structures
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM reporting and HR data structures
  • Experience partnering with HR and technical teams to deliver analytics solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ThoughtSpot or similar self-service BI platforms
  • Experience designing data models for analytics and reporting
  • Experience supporting executive or leadership-level HR reporting

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain complex HR reports, dashboards, and datasets using Oracle HCM and downstream analytics platforms.
  • Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate HR data across multiple HR domains.
  • Design analytics-ready HR data models to support enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to support data flows from Oracle HCM into Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Own the full lifecycle of HR reporting solutions from requirements gathering through deployment and user enablement.
  • Provide ad hoc and recurring HR analytics support while ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across HR reporting.
  • Educate HR partners and stakeholders on reporting capabilities and metric interpretation.
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Data Governance partners to align reporting outputs with approved data definitions.
