The HRIS Analyst I is responsible for supporting the enterprise-level administration of Human Resources systems, including but not limited to configuration changes, security, functional releases, and business process/workflow development. This position will gather business requirements, design, test, document, and train on changes, upgrades, and enhancements of the HCM systems. This position is integral to our People team and works closely with functional managers in Total Rewards, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of managing Human Resources systems required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday preferred
  • Workday configuration experience with HCM modules preferred (supporting recruiting, performance, time tracking, benefits, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the effort to monitor and resolve internal help desk cases pertaining to HR systems
  • Audit systems for data quality and integrity
  • Maintain employee and organizational hierarchy by updating systems as a result of operational reorganizations
  • Make system configuration changes as requested by HR functional managers and other departments under the direction of the HRIS Analysts and HR Systems Manager; prioritize change requests
  • Build custom reports and dashboards, and/or provide data as requested by HR team and other departments
  • Develop recommendations on structure and system changes to support the long-term direction of Human Resources
  • Support evaluation of new functionality made available by SaaS system vendors and provide recommendations to best utilize and enhance user experience, implementing approved functionality
  • Actively participate in vendor online communities to stay informed of system updates and features, and to become a Subject Matter Expert on systems
  • Work with the internal Learning & Development team to create and conduct end-user training on HR systems
  • Help monitor and maintain integrations between HRIS and other applications.
  • Subject matter expert for one to two People modules.
