The HRIS Analyst I is responsible for supporting the enterprise-level administration of Human Resources systems, including but not limited to configuration changes, security, functional releases, and business process/workflow development. This position will gather business requirements, design, test, document, and train on changes, upgrades, and enhancements of the HCM systems. This position is integral to our People team and works closely with functional managers in Total Rewards, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition.
