Summary: The HRIS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data integrity, system functionality, and optimal user experience. Additionally, the HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting business requests and generating reports that align with business and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of HRIS administration experience.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG People Doc., etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR platforms.
  • Manage system security, permissions, and user access.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Monitor HRIS system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver HR reports and dashboards for compliance, audits, and business requests.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize workflows and system functionality.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
  • Document workflows and system configurations as well as standard operating procedures within HRIS.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors and IT for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain documentation for system processes and updates.
