About The Position

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources operations, time and attendance administration, or related HR systems role. Familiarity with timekeeping and HR systems within an ERP environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data reconciliation. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees, supervisors, and administrative partners. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a unionized or higher education environment. Familiarity with Ellucian Banner or similar ERP systems. Prior experience with ADP eTIME. Working knowledge of wage and hour regulations affecting time reporting. Experience auditing data and resolving discrepancies in high-volume environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrated integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
