About the Opportunity Working both independently and as part of a team, provides client support, administration, and configuration of applications as it relates to compensation programs, processes, and service delivery. Leads the technical functionality of processes and programs related to job architecture, annual compensation planning, program creation, system integration, reporting & analytics, and enhancements. Performs analysis, design, configuration, qualification, documentation and roll-out of compensation technology capabilities to meet requirements. Owns key aspects of large-scale compensation and/or cross-functional projects and continuously improves reporting and data analytics capabilities.
