What You’ll Be Doing Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise Support individuals in aligning work with their values and purpose Build authentic relationships through digital platforms and values-led communication Introduce proven personal growth, leadership, and career development tools Operate independently, managing your own schedule while collaborating within a supportive community Participate in ongoing professional development and mentoring Who This Is For Experienced HR professionals, Recruiters, or People & Culture leaders with 5+ years’ experience Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning) Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work This role is particularly suitable for professionals later in their career seeking purpose, flexibility, and autonomy while maintaining influence and impact. Requirements

Experienced HR professionals, Recruiters, or People & Culture leaders with 5+ years’ experience
Self-motivated, independent, and values-driven
Comfortable communicating via LinkedIn, Zoom, and digital tools (or open to learning)
Passionate about personal growth, transformation, and helping others succeed
Interested in flexible, autonomous, and meaningful work

Responsibilities

Mentor & guide professionals using your HR, recruitment, onboarding and people expertise
