We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruiting efforts while partnering with leaders to support employee relations, team development, and overall workforce strategy across our operations. This role is based onsite at our Chambersburg, PA location and works Monday through Friday, supporting multiple shifts and teams across all of our Pennsylvania locations to ensure a consistent and positive candidate and employee experience. Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
  • A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with leadership to drive results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and locations
  • Partner with leaders to forecast hiring needs and build workforce plans
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates; guide selection decisions
  • Build talent pipelines through community partnerships, job fairs, and outreach
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve speed, quality, and retention
  • Provide coaching and support on employee relations, performance, and team development
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Build strong relationships with leaders and frontline teams
  • Ensure HR policies and employment practices are applied consistently
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems (ADP Workforce Now)
  • Support engagement, retention, and continuous improvement efforts
