Hexcel is currently seeking a HR Summer Intern for our Stamford, CT location. The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations: Support Global Talent with data analytics projects to uncover trends and insights in areas such as employee engagement and experience, support the enablement of LinkedIn Learning, and contribute to other project work as assigned. Support and assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, including events such as Bring Your Child to Work Day and community involvement initiatives Develop materials and content for the employee onboarding experience in Workday. (HR Information System) Assist in the development and implementation of job architecture and compensation structure projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation. Assist the Global HRIS team with Workday configuration project testing, system audits and HR analytics projects.
