Summary Statement: The Human Resources Specialist supports a variety of HR initiatives including team member engagement, learning and development, communications, community relations, and talent management. This role partners with HR teams and Resorts World Las Vegas leaders to support people programs that align with business needs and company culture. The HR Specialist works across multiple areas of HR, assists with projects and daily operations, and helps drive a positive, compliant, and well-supported work environment. Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to: Support Human Resources leadership in delivering organizational development, engagement, and culture initiatives. Partner with HR teams and leaders to promote an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing work environment. Assist with the design, coordination, and delivery of learning, leadership development, and engagement programs. Support Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, including participation in meetings, volunteer activities, and reporting. Assist with planning and execution of team member engagement events and organizational programs. Respond to inquiries from team members and leaders and provide general HR support as needed. Utilize and support HR systems and tools, including Workday and internal communications platforms. Assist with internal communications, content review, and coordination as needed. Support data tracking, reporting, and analysis related to engagement, programs, and organizational initiatives. Partner across HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, and team member relations, as needed. Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc. Perform other job-related duties as requested. Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, leaders, and community partners. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Experience supporting or delivering organizational development, engagement, learning and development, communications, or related HR initiatives. Ability to present information clearly to individuals and groups. Sound judgment and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately. Proficiency with standard business technology, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn HR systems and internal platforms. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to travel locally and regionally as required. Preferred: One year or more of Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related experience. Experience supporting internal communications, engagement initiatives, or graphic design. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting. Minimum Education and Experience: At least 21 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Certificates, Licenses, Regulations: · Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
