About The Position

This role will support operations across multiple development programs with a focus on managing and executing global development summits. The ideal candidate will be an operations and events professional who exhibits impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills in both planning and execution. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively, as you'll be working with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders across various levels of the organization. We're looking for an individual who can adapt to changing situations, is good at problem-solving, and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This role will have an emphasis process management, documentation, and operational excellence. You'll contribute to ensuring these internal events align with business objectives while fostering a sense of community and recognizing achievements within the organization. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the internal culture of through impactful events, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and operational skills.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering cross functional projects
  • Experience managing, planning and organizing events of all sizes, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Comfortable manipulating data
  • 2+ YOE Program management/event management experience in HR field
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills in both planning and execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Good at problem-solving
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment
